Getting promoted

Hello guys

This is just an idea but I think the people can't get higher then lvl3 when they aren't active (post) on forum.
So you start as a lvl 3 and if you're active on forum (post NOT spam). You can get lvl 4.
Then you just grow when the supremes/owners/leaders think you're ready for a higher lvl.

In someway I agree In some way I dont.

Some ppl dont like forums.

i think yes cos u arent a good member when u are not active on the forrum

well there are always exceptions

(for exempler sick/exams/...)

but you just need to say (for exams that is)

I agree

They can get more promotion if active on site and server.
That way people will be more open for all.

what does this have to do with getting promoted when you're active on forum???

i agree with not getting higher as 3 if you arent active at the forum.
and there are exceptions like bieng sick/exams/family situations.

i agree too with not higher then 3 because when the members or high and dont go to forum, they dont know what is happening in clan so they dont know anything about the clan.... (for exemple: a recruiter who never comes to forum so he cant see join requests... or a co-L or Leader who never comes here.. all the same)

ok but who's going to look who's active and who isn't?? And who is going to demote/say they can't be higher if they aren't active?

accu is right, i never seen our recruiters on forum, so im gonna do something for it now
