harder punishment.

What about punish the people harder when they use offensive languages?

when they say cancer aka kanker ( in dutch ) like cancer noob or get cancer..
he only get warned or dont get warned.. thats sad because people dont need to use that languages.
well my idea is:

using offensive languages mute immediately.
second time offensive language kick
last time offensive languages is ban 90min


how to ban 90min?


!ban [slot] 90m [reason]
!kick [slot] [reason]
!mute [slot] reason]

always use the slot because people can change the name..
point 2: get the IP of the offensive languages user..
use: !finger [slot] and make a screenshot with opened consule: ~ and typ: /autoscreenshot
